Who is Terri George?
Terri George is a passionate fitness professional with over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, dedicated to empowering people to live their best, strongest, and most confident lives. Her mission is to make fitness accessible, effective, and fun, meeting people exactly where they are and helping them move forward with confidence.

Terri’s deep love for training and self-development sparked her to compete in multiple bodybuilding competitions, giving her firsthand insight into discipline, goal-setting, mindset, and what it truly takes to transform both body and mind. This competitive experience allows her to coach with empathy, precision, and real-world understanding—whether working with everyday individuals or high-level athletes.

As a Registered Sports Nutritionist (since 2005), Certified Personal Trainer, and Yoga Instructor, Terri blends science-based training with mindful movement. She believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health and fitness, and is deeply passionate about creating individualized plans that align with each client’s goals, lifestyle, and abilities.
