Living My Dream
I am a trainer who truly understands the struggles of weight loss and fitness—because I haven’t always been fit. Nearly 25 years ago, I began my own fitness journey feeling completely lost. I bounced from diet to diet, spent endless hours on the treadmill, and had no real understanding of nutrition, strength training, or proper form.
Everything changed when I met a trainer who changed my life. He lit a fire for fitness in me that has been burning ever since. He taught me things I never would have learned on my own, believed in me when I had no belief in myself, and helped me build the confidence and knowledge that would ultimately shape my future. That experience inspired me to help others—and today, I strive to be that trainer for you.

Small Group Personal Training Classes These classes are a mix of strength, stability and cardio Enjoy the energy of like minded people, working out together at a more affordable price keeping the class size small allows for Terri to pay attention to form and technique.

Slow Deep Stretch Class
Slow deep stretch is a deeply restorative practice focusing on longer holds for a total body stretch. Relaxing your mind and body focusing in on breath and de-stress.

My Nutritional counselling is designed to meet you where you are and support your individual goals. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, improve energy, or simply live a healthier life, we create personalized meal plans and practical eating strategies that fit your lifestyle. I focus on real food, sustainable habits, and education—so you’re not just following a plan, you’re learning how to nourish your body with confidence for long-term success.
