My Story

Living My Dream

I am a trainer who understands the struggles of

weight loss and fitness.

I haven't always been fit.

I started my fitness journey almost 20 years ago with many ups and downs along the way. 

 I was completely lost in the beginning going from diet to diet, spending all my time on the treadmill, not knowing anything about nutrition, weights or form.

Then I met a trainer who changed my entire life.

He sparked a fire for fitness in me that has been burning ever since.

He taught me things I never would have learned on my own.

He believed in me when I had no belief in myself.....

The confidence that grew within me and the knowledge

I gained inspired me to teach others.

Now I strive to be that trainer for you.

Let me lead you down the path in your fitness journey in my home gym.

 I will teach you proper form and technique to keep you safe and make your workouts more effective. I will make you accountable and keep you motivated to stay on track.

Group session are a great way to get your heart pumping and have some fun. Be inspired by those around you who share the some of the same goals. Never do the same class twice. Always a big variety of exercises and tons of fun!

I have been a registered sport nutrition adviser since 2005. Working with many people from athletes to people just wanting to lose weight. Proper nutrition and meal planning is a key component

in health, fitness and weight loss. It is important to have the right plan that works for you and your lifestyle. Have a one on one consultation today and start making those healthy changes with guidance and support.
